Whether you've already gone through a DBT skills group, or just want to learn some practical Mindfulness skills to help you cope with your stress or better manage emotions, this course is for you.  This Skills-Based Mindfulness course will help you deepen all of your DBT practices and teach you enhanced skills and meditations.


In this 8 week program you will learn:


  • How to effectively utilize each of your senses to self soothe

  • New meditations

  • Thought awareness

  • Sensory awareness

  • Enhanced grounding strategies
